Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories and documentation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Please do not send your return without contacting us first.

Refunds

Our PCs are assembled specifically according to each customer’s configuration request. Therefore, under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16c), these orders are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

However, as a gesture of good faith, we will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

In case of a manufacturing defect or malfunction, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the applicable legal warranty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
