Everything, this is after all a PC. You can upgrade / repair any of the internal components while taking into account the internal measurements of the case. A max of 180W TDP for the GPU and 65W TDP for the CPU is recommended.

Honestly, we are a small company, using plastic cases like big players do is out of reach for us at the moment and it will just increase price dramatically for our customers. 3D printing has come a long way from what it was back in the day so we can ensure it's more than adequate for a home console. Every 3D printed case is inspected before shipping to guarantee the best quality possible but there still might show small imperfections like different colouring or minor scars on some walls. Those are inherent to every FDM printing process.

Ventilation and thermal protection: keep the air vents clear and follow the operating conditions described in the manual. Playnix OS includes automatic thermal shutdown protection at 85 °C. Damage caused by blocked ventilation or by installing another operating system without equivalent thermal protection is not covered by the warranty.

Depends on the title but you can expect 4K 60 FPS at High settings using FSR or XeSS Quality presets on demanding titles like CyberPunk 2077. The Playnix console is meant to be played on a TV on a distance of about 2m / 6.5 feet from the TV for an optimal viewing experience.
